That’s why we created Robin: 12 job sites combined into one software platform. With Robin, employers can easily find the right talent and compete on equal footing in the job market.

Product Ownership
As a Product Owner at Robin, you shape the development of our B2B SaaS platform, ensuring it continues to empower recruiters to find and connect with the best candidates effortlessly. Here’s how you will contribute:
Understand user needs and challenges
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to deeply understand recruiters' challenges in finding the right candidates.
- Leverage user data and direct interactions to identify improvement opportunities for our platform.
Translate insights into actionable projects.
- Write easy to understand project proposals for the Founder, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop project descriptions that guide developers with a solid understanding of the user problems being solved.
Support design and development
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers, actively removing blockers during the development process to maintain smooth project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, align with user expectations, and maintain Robin’s ‘0-bug’ standard.
What You Bring
- A user-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems through technology.
- Proven experience in project management or product ownership within a SaaS.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects to completion.
Benefits

- Salary: €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month, including holiday pay.
- A personal development and wellness budget of €3,000 annually.
- Travel expense allowance of €0.21 p/km.
- Permanent employment contract.
- 24-27 vacation days.

- Enjoy a hybrid work environment: 3 days a week collaborating in the office and 2 days with the flexibility to work from home.

Tools and Team Support
You will join an energetic team of 19 people from five nationalities. Collaborate closely with Aron (Founder), who will guide you on product strategy and help you to make product decisions. Work seamlessly with a MacBook, iPhone and tools as Notion to make your job easier.
