Recruitment agencies can step in to help, offering the personal touch that makes a difference. However, they spend a significant amount of time searching for candidates.

That’s why we created Robin: 12 job sites combined into one platform. With Robin, SMBs can easily find the right talent and compete on equal footing in the job market.

UI designer

Make things simple

To create equal opportunity for all employers we need to make recruitment simple.
As UI designer you take ownership of making things simple, with designs that fit seamlessly into recruiters' workflows and intuitively guide recruiters from CVs to conversations with candidates;

Take Ownership

  • Interact with users and leverage data on user behavior to understand what ‘simple’ should look like.
  • Create designs that resonate with recruiters, are accessible and intuitive on all devices, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to adapt layouts across multiple formats, ensuring quality and consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Design and enhance UI components in Figma, leveraging advanced features like tokens and components.

Benefits

Tools and team support

You will join an energetic team of 19 people from five nationalities. You’ll collaborate closely with Kourosh, our Lead UX. He is your first point of contact, and will guide you with data and wireframes. Amin is responsible for Customer success and will help you with feedback and understanding the challenges recruiters face in our UI.
Work seamlessly with a MacBook Pro and Figma.
